This is an Excellent playing hefty Yemenite Shofar. The scale is as near to perfect  bassy D4 tuning, and as near to perfect for a broad chromatic scale that can be achieved ever. The mouthpiece is a 7C and is easy to play for all including trumpet players. Also for trumpet players it has a technical wide rim, for a Shofar, that is very rare. This is a rare horn for length, finding any horn over fifty inches today and of this quality is scarce. This is a rare gray horn with olive drab and maroons, and a marble-like bell. This is an outstanding playable piece of art that one will not want to miss out on, get it while you can. Most large Shofars, like this one, hardly ever play this well. It is also signed, dated, and serial numbered, made in the USA by Dauwd Ray.
